Role: Senior Manager, Impact Assessment

Give Grants team undertakes various studies and assessments such as impact assessment of CSR programs, feasibility studies, SROI studies, needs assessments, social audits and site visits to monitor CSR programs. The team also works with nonprofits to assess their programs.
This role is part of our Impact assessment team within Give Grants.
Required background and qualifications:
• A min. of 12 years of experience in social sector research, assessments coupled with a formal education in Anthropology/ Economics/ Sociology/Development Studies/allied subjects
• Exposure, experience and/or knowledge of program design / assessment in a variety of cause areas such as (indicative list):
- Healthcare: Mobile Health Units, Elderly care, Cancer care, Nutrition and maternal health, health awareness projects etc.
- Education: Primary, secondary and tertiary education support, education infrastructure, scholarships, digital and STEM education, remedial education, teacher training, development of content etc.
- Skilling: Vocational skills for youth, women, entrepreneurship development, micro-entrepreneurs, NSDC based, employment generation and readiness programs etc.
- WASH – Health and sanitation, Improvement in infrastructure, awareness, Water conservation, rural development etc.
- Others – Road safety, improvement and/ or creation of community infrastructure, restoration of heritage sites, Disaster Relief, COVID relief, promotion of sports etc.

Responsibilities
1. Lead delivery of assessments to the clients
• Build (spearhead the hiring process) and lead a team of Associate Managers, Sr Associates, Associates and Field Researchers
• Team allocation and management for each client delivery
• Identify and manage external agencies for specific deliveries if required
• Managing client expectations for the overall delivery while managing the team to ensure timely and quality delivery
2. Provide expert advice and oversight
• For assessment tool creation and report finalization
• For seamless data collection process leveraging a tech platform
• For timelines regarding various delivery milestones
3. Ensuring error-free and high-quality data collection, management, analysis and report writing • Creating and incorporating policies for effective data collection and management
• Ensuring zero-error data analysis and drawing of key insights and interpretations from the data
• Ensuring delivery of high-quality reports with robust analysis of the program, strong data-backed insights and actionable recommendations
4. Account Management
• Ensure that the company is achieving profitability margins as defined by business imperatives. • Ownership of invoice clearance for allocated portfolio of accounts
• Margin maintenance and resource management
• Identify expansion opportunities through upsell/ cross sell
5. Impact Communication
• Presenting the findings of the assessment/evaluation to the client through in-person or virtual meetings with their leadership
