• Ensuring that the Company EHS Policy is understood & implemented throughout the Organization wherever necessary by delegation, in liaison with MR & Concerned Department Heads.
• Departmental compliance with all statutory obligations in relation to EHS regulations.

• Compliance with EHS Policy issues as designated in Company procedures, Minimizing risk through assessment and appraisal and taking the appropriate action to achieve continual improvement in EHS performance and practices.
• Investigating accidents / incidents and implementing actions to prevent a recurrence wherever possible.
• Responsible for EHS implementation and spread awareness of it.
• Responsible for implementation of HIRA and aspect impact.
• Awareness in the organization regarding emergency preparedness plan, work safety and work environment during working/ performing activity.
• Co-operating and working in conjunction with the relevant personnel to ensure best practice with regard to EHS issues.
• Ensure Company/ Contract employee working under safety norms.
• Maintain Operational control available in organization.
• To carry our safety induction training and screening for new joiners.
• To identify the unsafe condition and report to concerned for rectification and to follow up for its implementation. Suggest improvement/modification in existing working habits or working system.

• To ensure effective establish, implement and maintain EHS management system.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in an industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of local and national EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA equivalents).
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
• Excellent understanding of industrial safety procedures and environmental management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and EHS management software.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH) are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a strong safety culture.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing preventative measures.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
• Manage waste management programs, including hazardous waste disposal, in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans, including fire safety and evacuation drills.
• Maintain EHS records and documentation, including permits, licenses, and training logs.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization by engaging with employees and management.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in EHS management.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and standards.
• Experience with conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and developing safety training programs.
• Strong understanding of industrial hygiene principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in EHS management software is a plus.
• Certification from a recognized EHS professional body is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in the cleaning and sanitation industry is advantageous.
