Ensure 100% PPE usage by all workers, engineers, and visitors on-site

ESI & PF etc documents
Pollution control and fire safety norms
Local labour safety laws and environment standards
Check contractors with Labour License , Insurance and other policy adherence registrations, renewals, and license management
Maintain and update MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for hazardous site materials.
5. Monitoring, Audits & Documentation
Conduct internal HSE audits and create actionable reports
Maintain comprehensive records including safety checklists, incident logs, first aid reports, and audit documentation
Submit monthly compliance dashboards to the central Ops team 6. Incident Management & Investigation
Lead root cause analysis of incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Coordinate with emergency services and medical teams when required
Ensure timely reporting and closure of safety incidents
Job Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Safety (Preferred: NEBOSH / IOSH / ADIS / Fire & Safety certification
2 – 6 years of experience in construction site HSE management (residential/commercial/interior projects)
Deep knowledge of Indian HSE norms (BOCW, NBC, environmental regulations)
Strong interpersonal and training skills

Job Overview
- Primary responsibilities are internal audit of waste system processes (both Focal Point and WIN), internal controls to facilitate data integrity, risk management with regulatory agencies and customers, regulatory compliance associated to shipment documents and reporting functions. Waste systems data integrity and new systems/process verifications.
Responsibilities
- Completing regulatory reports with deadlines to state and/or federal agencies.
- Comprehension of the WIN system and plant operations to evaluate the quality of the data extracted for report completion.
- Review data for certain reports on an on-going basis to address errors in the data that impact regulatory reports. This may be weekly, monthly quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and Bi-annual depending on issues and report deadlines.
- Manage contacts with sites, field Compliance and regulatory agencies as needed to facilitate the corrections.
- Work with field compliance
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes as well as always acting in a safe manner.
- Responsiveness to Service Now tickets for Focal Point Waste processes facilitating shipments migrating to WIN.
- Provide training to field as needed for waste related initiatives.
- Data Integrity reviews in Focal Point and WIN.
- Review data for certain reports on an on-going basis to address errors in the data that will affect regulatory reports. This may be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual depending on the report itself. Make corrections as needed. Coordinate training to locations with significant deficiencies.
- Work with the plant manager and Compliance staff on generating certain reports, demonstrate available processes and resources.
- Compile and submit regulatory reports within the EPA defined due dates. Ensure accuracy, validity and completeness of all documentation used when preparing and submitting these reports.
- Provide own signature as certification on select reports. Obtain signatures/certifications from other compliance staff on select reports. Maintain central archives for all submittals.
- Prepare responses to Regulatory Agency requests, as required.
- Coordinate changes to regulatory reports with MIS, providing overviews of desired result and detailed testing of applicable changes.
- Understand functionality for waste information for two separate systems (Focal Point and WIN) and provide support and suggested improvements.
- Review and implementation of process improvements.
- Need to work on other compliance projects, as requested.
- Managing processes / projects as assigned such as OFFC, DEA, Generator status, TRI, Tier II, NPRI, GMDR and the Municipality reporting projects etc.

Key responsibilities
The LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) and Compliance Scheduler is part of the Maintenance and Turnaround Organization within the Chevron ENGINE Center and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and maintaining schedules for LDAR inspections and compliance activities within Chevron’s Shale and Tight (S&T) facilities. This role ensures adherence to environmental regulations and standards, minimizing emissions, and maintaining the integrity of shale and tight oil and gas facilities.
- Schedule Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules for LDAR inspections and compliance-related activities, ensuring all regulatory deadlines and operational priorities are met.
- Coordination: Work closely with environmental, operations, and maintenance teams to facilitate the timely execution of LDAR inspections and compliance tasks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of applicable environmental regulations and ensure all scheduled activities align with federal, state, and local requirements. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of compliance activities.
- Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of LDAR and compliance processes. Implement improvements to reduce emissions and ensure operational excellence.
- Monitoring and Adjustments: Continuously monitor the progress of scheduled activities, making necessary adjustments to schedules in response to operational changes or emergent compliance requirements.
- Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of LDAR and compliance activities using appropriate software tools. Ensure data integrity and accessibility for audits and reporting purposes.
- Communication: Act as the primary liaison for LDAR and compliance scheduling, providing regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.
