Your Role:
- Hands on experience in Fabrication machines - like rolling machine, oxy cutting, shot blasting, furnace, welding machine (TIG & MIG),Gauging & SAW machines and painting facility maintenance.
- Hands on experience CNC machines - like heavy boring and milling machines, Horizontal and vertical turning machines, Gantry type milling/turning machines like PAMA, HNK, Waco etc
- knowledge in Siemens CNC control system, Encoder and LMS, servo motors, PLC hard wiring and hardware, backup and restore of NC, PLC, Drive archives.
- Knowledge in EOT crane maintenance
- Suggest for Spare parts planning through Preventive maintenance.
- Support external service execution.
- Closing internal & external maintenance orders
- Suggest in maintenance planning.
- Execute Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance for critical and other equipment as per check list.
- Basic Knowledge of Nuclear Safety.
- Understanding of EHS requirements.
- Be familiar with the emergency procedures.
- Understanding of EHS process for LOTO, Confined Spaces, Work at Height, Electrical Safety.
Basic Qualifications(requirements):
- ITI or Diploma In Electrician/ Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Fitter with 5+ Years' Experience
