**Purpose of the Role**:
- As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader at Mahindra AFS, the role will collaborate with various stakeholders/teams like GCO, HR COEs, HR BPs and Business Leaders to integrate the DEI strategic pillars into people and talent processes. The incumbent will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of targeted strategies on making Mahindra one of the leading companies in embracing and implementing worldclass practices in the DEI space.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Integrate DEI as core values and critical components of the organization's culture.
- Provide thought leadership on diversity, inclusion across the organization in partnership with key stakeholders to establish DEI strategies, measurable DEI goals and objectives and build leadership accountability through DEI KPI s and metrics.
- Create and lead design and execution of company-wide initiatives and platforms to support diversity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Capability Building, Organizational Development, Performance Management and business functions to ensure DEI framework is embedded into key programs and processes.
- Identify and implement pragmatic approaches to cultivate and embed productive mindsets, behaviors and practices that enable key diversity and inclusion.
- Promote formation of valuable intra-company diversity-based groups and work with employee resource groups to drive and build an inclusive culture for all.
- Analyze and present talent demographics, monitor and share key data trends to support development of DEI initiatives.
- Create awareness, energy, and enthusiasm in the organization for DEI and reinforce existing commitments to create an inclusive, engaging environment where all employees experience a growing sense of belonging.
- Manage the DEI roadmap of internal and external diversity events within across, including recruiting events, internal workshops, community outreach, branding events, etc.
- Stay up to date on legal regulations and guidelines that affect DEI efforts.
**Experience**
- 15 years of experience in HR, 7+ years of demonstrated experience in advancing organizational change and implementing a successful DEI strategy that have valuably transformed the relationship of the organization with D&I.

- Bachelors' degree from accredited university.
- Advanced post-graduate degree (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred).

- Knowledge of key HR practices, Talent Management processes and local employment laws.
