**Job Titile: Lead Specialist - HR Support GES HR**
**Location: Hyderabad.**
**Work type Contract 12-24 months**
**The HR support officer facilitates content management, vendor management and other benefits. This services consists of coordination with internal and external vendors, stakeholders, departments and external suppliers (e.g., moving companies, tax providers, relocation agencies, embassies). The HR support officer would also support GES HR to continuously deliver the right quality of services according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the internal team and external service provider and improves the services to achieve the GES HR objectives.**

+ Many contacts with other departments within DSM-Firmenich (such as line manager, employee, HR colleagues) as well as with various external suppliers (such as moving company, tax provider, relocation agency, embassies).
+ Key contact with the regions to support Content management, Vendor Management and Benefits activities.

+ External developments regarding fiscal, legal and social security aspects world-wide.

**Note: Proficiency in Portuguese, including strong speaking ability, is mandatory. The position follows São Paulo time zone hours, beginning at 8:00 a.m**
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Individuals who are responsible for the quality delivery of multiple payroll processes and service to the businesses. Manages payroll queries from employees, managers and HRM's in a timely, and professional manner. Correctly administers payroll processes. Manages service delivery metrics in relation to outsourced payroll. Includes those who lead Payroll Service Delivery teams, and/or the operations for such teams. Mostly used in Shared Service teams, but can be found in Business teams.
+ Broadening knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills.
+ Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
+ May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
+ A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience).
+ Prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement in Payroll & Benefits and/or Operations/Service-oriented environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data

**Summary**
(HR Compliance professional with good experience in statutory compliance, labour law management, audits, vendor coordination, and policy governance across multi-location offices and factories. **Core Responsibilities**
+ **Statutory Compliance & Risk Management** - Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, CLRA, Professional Tax, Trade License, and Shops & Establishment Act. Manage registrations, amendments, and returns to keep operations fully compliant.
+ **Audits & Inspections** - Handle external inspections (ISO, labour authorities) and coordinate internal audits with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams. Maintain documentation and ensure timely closure.
+ **Vendor & Client Coordination** - Manage compliance vendors, invoices, and contract renewals. Support client compliance submissions (Tata Steel, Reliance portals), meeting all deadlines and site-specific requirements.

+ **Compliance Reporting & Operations** - Prepare monthly dashboards, statutory returns, and HR compliance tool updates in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Coordinate with statutory bodies for filings, clarifications, and notices. Ensure accurate reporting, timely filings, and smooth regulatory interactions.
