Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle Cloud ERP, including a deep understanding of its core modules like Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and functional understanding to optimize ERP solutions that support our business processes and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle Cloud ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
Business Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP functionalities. Redesign processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle Cloud ERP to meet specific business needs. Create custom forms, workflows, and reports as required.
Data Management and Integration: Manage data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with other business systems for seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.
User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to ERP users, addressing any issues and ensuring effective system use. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user competence and confidence in utilizing ERP functionalities.
Project Management: Lead ERP implementation or upgrade projects, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Compliance and Security: Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the ERP system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle Cloud ERP, covering core modules like Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle ERP configuration, customization, and integration. Familiarity with Oracle's development tools and languages.
Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of business processes related to the core ERP modules. Ability to analyze and optimize these processes leveraging ERP solutions.
Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and generate insights that drive business decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to articulate technical and functional information to a non-technical audience.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Additional Requirements:
Certification in SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle Cloud ERP is highly desirable.
