JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly experienced & dynamic ERP Implementation Lead to spearhead our Oracle Fusion implementation within our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of the ERP project, based on inputs from business process re-engineering, creation of solution design to implementation, testing, integration, go-live & end to end project management including team, stakeholder management. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
ERP Implementation Lead

Team Leadership & Post Go-Live Support

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), Certifications will be added advantage.
- Oracle certifications related to Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Experience with specific manufacturing sub-verticals (e.g., discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing).
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP deployments.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in ERP implementations, with a significant focus on Oracle Fusion. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oracle fusion implementation .
- Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of core manufacturing processes (e.g., production planning, shop floor control, inventory management, supply chain)
- Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
