Core Work Activities
**Managing Event Logistics and Operations**
- Work with the Events team to execute planning of all events (Virtual, Hybrid & Physical)
- Procure materials required for events both virtual, hybrid and physical events
- Managing procurement processes in relation to printing & production of event materials
- Manage logistics for procured materials and company products
- Demonstrate knowledge of different virtual and broadcasting platform capabilities, innovative solutions and best practices on how to deliver events virtually and in hybrid format
- Work closely with AV to design layouts and staging for virtual, physical & hybrid programs.
- Co-ordinate and take stock of the materials in the warehouse
- Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable engaging with the public, and with problem solving in-person
- Adept at working as part of a team
- Must have Experience in a in person events/festival environment.
- Must have 2+ years experience in organising in-person, hybrid and virtual events
- Must have a sense of urgency and willingness to collaborate with other team members
- Must have a go-getter attitude
- Must be located in Pune.
Please note: We host events across the country, so this position will require travelling to various event locations in India. It may involve occasional international trips as well.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Event Management role is responsible for leveraging ITIL process skills, specifically focused on event management monitoring across the IT estate. The role will initially focused on IT infrastructure and operations and then expand into customer journeys.
This role is important to service reliability increases that Hapag-Lloyd is investing in. Capturing events and identifying critical issues needing attention will be the primary mission supporting the maturity increase through reactive > proactive > predictive and preventative approach, leveraging SRE, AI and ML capabilities. The role requires working in a 24x7 global operation environment to deliver service excellence.
