Job Description
- Seamless management of all physical, hybrid and virtual elements (on-site production, speaker coordination, logistics management, vendor management, layout planning, recce, virtual event execution etc) for projects managed by Created Business (Redcell, Greycell, Greencell, Exhibitions, sports etc).
- Campaign management – plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote various initiative and events executed by CB
- Pre-empting crises and managing the same on the go
- Prepare event / project costing
- Management of vendors (event agencies– immediate and last-mile wherever required), other media,
- Seamless coordination with internal stakeholders – Business Development teams, Creative, B&C, Finance, RAD etc.
- Understanding of the events market and updating team on latest news in that space.
- Process Purity – Ensure internal processes are adhered in letter and spirit
- Liaising – Coordinate with external bodies (govt and non-governmental) for permissions depending upon type of event
- Handle special assignments and projects as per organisational requirements
Requirements:
- High passion towards events and activations – physical / digital / Phygital
- Right attitude with ability to work with a highly cross-functional team
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done, systematic in approach, work on the ground with varied categories of people, eagerness to learn the unknown & attempt the unchartered
- Experience in visualising events and translating them to on-ground / digital experiences
- Ethically strong with good moral values
- Ability and experience in managing multiple events parallely
- Around 5-7 years’ experience in managing various kinds of physical, phygital and digital events – large format, activations, musical, conferences etc
- Should have good contacts in the market w.r.t vendors especially
- Experience in liaising with external agencies and various departments at the time of the event
- Should speak, read and write Tamil and English (skills with more languages is a bonus)
