Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all logistical elements of events, including venue selection, contract negotiation, and site inspections.
- Develop detailed event timelines, run sheets, and floor plans.
- Coordinate with vendors for catering, AV, décor, and other services, ensuring quality and adherence to budget.
- Oversee on-site event setup, including registration, signage, and branding.
- Manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support during events.
- Ensure smooth execution of all event activities, troubleshooting issues as they arise in real-time.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or Manager, with a strong portfolio of successfully executed events.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
