**1. Calendar and Schedule Management**
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meeting and events. Provide reminders and prepare necessary documentation for scheduled appointments.
**2. Meeting Coordinating and Support**
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute them to relevant parties. Assist in preparing presentation material and collecting relevant documents for meetings.
**3. Communication and Correspondence**
