Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee master data, attendance, and leave records in HRIS.Coordinate payroll inputs, deductions, and statutory filings (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws and assist during internal and external audits.Maintain discipline, handle grievances, and support resolution in line with company policy.2. Employee Engagement & Welfare

Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and standard operating procedures.Prepare HR letters, circulars, MIS reports, and maintain confidentiality of employee records.Support the implementation of best HR practices aligned with company values and compliance standards. Qualifications:
