    Total Experience
    - 6+ Years

    **Responsibilities**:

    - Must have handled Leadership / CXO level hiring Drives recruitment strategy for leadership / top management level hiring in India.
    - Should be hands on experience in handling IT and corporate function hiring.
    - Strong in Executive search and market mapping for Senior management hiring. Developing and delivering innovative talent acquisition strategies.
    - Managing key stakeholder relationships and strategize to attract the best talent.
    - Competency Mapping and develop Assessment and selection methodologies Managing supplier relationships, budgets and compliances.
    - Employer Branding ; Build and execute plans to increase the visibility of the organization Partner with business leaders in identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs.
    - Experience in sourcing from multiple channels.

    Requirement
    - 3-10 years of sourcing technical talent preferably someone who has done consulting tech hiring and understands the IT space.
    - Proven track record of sourcing and/or recruiting focused on Executive level/ leadership positions within an Executive search firm/in house team.
    - Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and other sources of leadership talent Experience in sourcing from multiple channels.
    Clear written and spoken communication.
    - Technically Savvy

    **Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
