Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Client Project Head and Project Coordinator to thoroughly understand the client's roadmap and project objectives.
2. Prepare understanding documents based on Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure clarity and alignment.
3. Manage internal stakeholders, including the Product andQualityAssurance (QA)teams,to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the account.
4. Manage end-to-end project delivery of newproducts,including successful pilots of new features, defining success metrics with clients and product teams.
5. Supervise client health to ensure client satisfaction, conducting weekly meetings (GTMs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), monitoring feature stability projects, and closing the loop on email communications.
6. Gain a comprehensive understanding of both the Product Database and the clients database for seamless integrations and data management.
7. Demonstrate 100% clarity on API use cases, utilizing tools like Postman and Console for debugging purposes.
Who we're looking for:
1. Atleast 1 years of Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and technical skills ensuring end to deliveries for new product modules.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Proficiency in API integration concept and SQL queries
5. Knowledge of commercial implications and financial aspects related to project delivery.
6. Experience in managing teams and driving employee development.

- Reviews proposals and discusses design issues to ensure accurate and optimal field specifications
- Provide the best possible cost and timeline ensure our selling opportunity is maximized through the bidding process
- Collaborates with analysts and client on basic study objectives, client issues, study design, and proposal with supervision from senior staff
- Manages, schedules and updates studies timelines, setup inputs and cost
- Serves as a liaison between the CS, account team and the appropriate Operations departments, with supervision from senior staff
- Coordinates, communicates, and documents all study issues, deadlines, schedules, and changes utilizing the appropriate tools
- Creates field materials as needed
- Ensure that the projects are executed on time with acceptable cost.

Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate from a well-known institute
- 0-2 years’ experience in Market Research Project Management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong technical knowledge of consumer research
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
- Very good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools (preferred)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross functional teams
- Openness and flexibility to change
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel
- Multi-tasking skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Experience with a second language

About the Role:
The position is in IndiGo’s Revenue Management (RM) Department. Analyst is responsible for revenue target delivery within a competitive airline industry, using various pricing and inventory optimization methods. Working closely with other members of IndiGo, analyst shall be tasked with developing and maximizing all revenue opportunities for the airline. The role requires heavy analytical skills, trend spotting and excellent ability to crunch numbers.
Responsibilities:

¨ Meet monthly revenue targets

Ensure that IndiGo offers competitive fare availability
