Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance matters.
- Draft and review corporate policies, board minutes, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with securities laws and stock exchange regulations.
- Advise on director duties, fiduciary responsibilities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage regulatory filings and disclosures.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant governance issues.
- Support M&A transactions from a corporate governance perspective.
- Develop and deliver training on corporate governance best practices.
- Act as a key liaison with regulatory bodies and external counsel.
