- Skilled in Interviewing Techniques to accurately assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
- General experience in Recruitment, enabling effective planning and execution of hiring strategies.

- Sourcing & Screening : Find and assess top talent using various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and AI tools.
- Goal Achievement : Meet recruitment targets and deadlines with precision.
