· Performance: (1) Responsible for independently conducting analyses that Sanofi has defined as "Conventional Projects." These projects are intended to provide insights to inform key internal decisions. These projects include, but are not limited to: (a) Characterizing disease epidemiology based on diagnostic code and/or treatment codes; (b) Assess study feasibility based on patient population(s) available for analysis; (c) Descriptive cohort analyses based on a limited number of outcomes; (2) Responsible for developing a deep understanding of Sanofi's suite of digital tools and platforms; (3) Use statistical, analytical, data management and computational skills to execute analysis of pre-existing data to investigate research questions; (4) Maintain Sanofi data assets via primary data collection, license of secondary data sources, and de-identified clinical trial data (5) Acting as an SME for the RWE analytics

**About you**

We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
"Job Duties: Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions with using data visualization tools
· Design, develops, and maintains various user-friendly dashboards
· Translate and refines customer reporting requests into actionable objectives
· Analyze and translate non-technical user requirements into written report specifications
· Gather and organize feedback from business users and stakeholders
· Employ expertise in best practices for data visualization and interactive user experience
· Create and vet complex calculations within data visualization tools to meet the needs of business logic
· Maintain detailed documentation through multiple simultaneous projects
· Responds to calls, correspondence, and email within department expectations.
· Maintain working knowledge of data visualization tools and follows best practices
· Serve as an operational data visualization expert for the team and the organization, which may include developing dashboard requests and interpreting data
· Ability to participate in and drive expectations, meetings, and discussions around reporting requirements, design, infrastructure needs, and project health status with project clients
· Think critically and apply appropriate judgment and creativity to a wide variety of information technology issues
· Develop and execute queries, scripts, and data manipulation tasks using SQL, Python, or other relevant tools.
· Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, drawing meaningful conclusions that inform business decisions.
· Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements, translating them into actionable insights.
· Work closely with other departments to support their data needs.
Minimum Skills Required: Basic Qualifications:
· 5+ years designing, developing and distributing dashboards using Tableau.
· 5+ years hands on experience with SQL along with one or more server/database administration tools (Redshift, Oracle, SQL Server etc.)
· 5+ years of experience working with MS PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables/graphing
· 5+ years of experience supporting Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics projects.
· 5+ years of experience leading a team supporting data related projects to develop end-to-end technical solutions.
· Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred
Preferred Skills:
· Exercises sound judgment with minimal support from practice executives through structured problem identification, mitigation, and resolution.
· You are a team player that is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible ""can-do"" attitude, and a commitment to success.
· Professional verbal and written communication.
· Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as (Tools - e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).
· Experience with data visualization tools like (Tools - e.g., Tableau, Qlik, SSRS).
· Experience with cloud data platforms such as (Platforms - e.g., AWS Redshift).
· Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools."
