We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Sales Person with a strong background in the ceramic industry to lead and expand our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export sales, strong leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of international trade practices, particularly in tiles, sanitary ware, or ceramic products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve growth targets in international markets (excluding the US and Middle East).
• Identify and establish business relationships with distributors, importers, and large-scale clients globally.
• Drive market expansion in Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and other emerging regions.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure timely order execution and delivery.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and compliance with export regulations.

• Ceramic industry background is highly preferred (tiles, sanitaryware, vitrified products, etc.).
• Strong network of international buyers and distribution partners.
• Excellent knowledge of global export documentation, incoterms, and trade compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multi-regional sales operations and lead multicultural teams.
