As Senior Manager, External Communications of Technology for India, you will be responsible for leading and driving effective, engaging communications strategies around our business and technology story for external audiences, particularly potential candidates and build our local employer brand in India. Responsibilities
- Establish an integrated communications strategy and detailed annual plan to support the technology strategy and build our presence in the local market
- Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional partners to implement a range of strategies and creative solutions to reach key target audiences
- Apply user-experience design methodologies to create breakthrough, integrated experiences for internal and external audiences our associates
- Lead a data-driven approach to engage associates
- Lead external communications internal marketing communication campaigns and projects, while collaborating with internal communications partners to ensure an integrated approach
- Advance our internal communications digital platforms and communications strategies
- Lead and inspire cross-functional partners and teams
- Integrate with external marketing, internal communications, technology events, and community activities to support the external technology narrative
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 15 years of experience leading public relations strategy or at least 10 years of experience leading communications strategy or at least 10 years of experience leading external communications and marketing for organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration, Master’s in Marketing, or Master’s in Communication
- 10+ years of Public Relations or Internal Communications leadership experience
- 10+ year of Public Relations or Internal Communications leadership experience in the technology industry
- Strong writing skills
