As an Assembly Line Operator, you will be an integral part of our battery manufacturing process.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join our food processing team. In this role, you will support daily production operations, ensuring that food products are processed, packaged, and labeled according to quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and adherence to food safety protocols are critical.

• Assist in the preparation, processing, packaging, and labeling of food products.
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery under supervision.
• Monitor product quality and report any deviations or concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Support inventory tracking, including receiving and organizing raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Sales and Lead Conversion.

• Any degree with a passion towards food processing.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment is an asset.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, FDA, etc.).
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating production equipment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fabric follow-ups and track production and delivery schedules
• Maintain and update costing sheets
• Coordinate and maintain production schedules and timelines with vendors and internal teams
• Liaise and assist with cross-functional needs
• Track fabric deliveries and raw material status with overseas vendors
• Maintain and update costing sheets and assist with price negotiations when needed
• Log and track sample development (lab dips, fit samples, SMS, TOP samples, etc.)
• Coordinate approvals for fabrics, trims, prints, and packaging

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production role
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with overseas production workflows and lead times is preferred
• Experience working with performance fabrics or fashion/apparel brands is preferred

• Assist the production manager and other crew members with daily tasks on set and in the office.
• Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and accommodation for cast and crew.
• Manage and organize production documents, scripts, and call sheets.
• Handle communication between different departments and stakeholders.
• Assist with location scouting and securing permits.
• Manage production equipment and supplies, ensuring they are maintained and accessible.
• Provide support during filming, including running errands and assisting talent.
• Help with set dressing, props, and other on-set needs.
• Participate in post-production tasks, such as organizing footage and assisting with editing.
• Conduct research for script development and storyboarding.
• Maintain a clean and organized production office and on-set environment.
• Support the marketing and distribution efforts of completed films.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media Production, Communications, or a related creative field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in film production, event management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work long and irregular hours as dictated by production schedules.
• A genuine passion for filmmaking and the arts.
• Knowledge of filmmaking equipment and software is a plus.
