**Role Overview:**
The role is the Single point HR accountability /Total HR delivery
Working as a member of the HR team, providing significant commercial HR support in an environment where customer focus is paramount. The HR Business Partner will work closely with management, partnering with functional leaders & dealing often directly also with factory associates, embedding expertise to develop talent, manage performance, improving the People satisfaction, build capability and teams, driving engagement & business results.
The role gives a mix of "hands-on" operational HR advice and will focus on employee relations, and organizational design and deployment organizational changes from all points of view as well as operative deployment point of contact for the Centre of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Payroll etc.). Another important responsibility will be to collaborate in the workforce planning strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth projections. The role will collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, enabling informed decision-making related to the data-driven, forward-thinking placement and acquisition of Talent (right people in the right place, at the right time), create positions and make approvals.
**On a typical day you will:**
+ Either in one to one or group situations, ensure that all tools available to managers are being used to lead a motivated and engaged team that delivers results.
+ Develop succession plans and work pro-actively to ensure that a talent pool is available and being actively developed within the business, ensuring a diverse mix of talent and development activities across all groups from early career to highly valued professionals.
+ Partner with client groups to identify methods and actions to improve employee engagement, including cultural and organizational change programs where necessary, resulting in overall improvements to engagement and reduced attrition.
+ Close management of headcount and employment costs within the business units assigned, providing monthly data to support with company forecasts.
+ Establish and maintain appropriate systems for monitoring, measuring, and reporting on HR activities within agreed formats and timescales.
+ Actively participate as a member of the HR team and as part of your client group's leadership team.
+ Actively coach and participate in all employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals, providing clear operational HR advice and guidance and active involvement as required.
+ Active involvement with union representatives and other employee representation groups.
+ HR Reporting & Data checks (supervisor organization, and validations &reporting activities related to the assigned business units) using Workday dashboards and available reports)
+ Supporting Line managers & Talent Attraction in interviews phase and hiring process
**What You Will Need to be Successful:**
+ **Master Degree in HR.**
+ **12+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner for Manufacturing/Pharma/Factory industry.**
+ **Experience in managing unions, signing the settlements.**
+ **Manage workforce of 500+ employees including unions.**
+ Fluency in local language Kannada (Mandatory)
+ Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and managing complex employee relations issues.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage HR data for strategic decision-making.

We are seeking a highly experienced Factory Head to oversee all aspects of plant operations with a strong focus on financial management, capital expenditure, and administrative efficiency. The Factory Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production site to ensure high-quality assembly and delivery of 600,000 electronic devices annually. Key responsibilities
Production Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the production site to ensure that devices are assembled to meet quality and delivery targets (~600,000 devices /year).
- Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to align with demand fluctuations, procurement availability and workforce capacity.
- Ensure that production output aligns with the site’s financial goals, including contributing to an annual revenue target of 10 million euros.
Team Leadership and Workforce Management:
- Manage and empower a core team of 30-40 internal employees, including hiring, training, and development, to foster a productive and motivated team environment.
- Oversee a fluctuating direct workforce of 100+ employees: ensure efficient allocation of resources, recruitment, training, and integration with clear communication of expectations, and maintaining high morale.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with production targets and company goals.
Quality Assurance and Audits:
- Implement and maintain strict quality control processes to ensure all assembled devices meet company and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance department to troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and improve overall quality. Provide regular feedbacks to Product and Project teams regarding these improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and customer specifications.

- Control inventory of raw material, semi-finished and finished products.
- Monitor material, labor, and overhead costs, implementing cost-saving measures and lean manufacturing principles where applicable.
- Collaborate with the finance department to analyze cost data and support the financial reporting process.
Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in industrialization and production processes, equipment, and workforce utilization.
- Collaborates with corporate departments in the implementation of all continuous improvement activities.
- Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime, using lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies as appropriate.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure performance and improve efficiency in alignment with company goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., R&D, Industrialization, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, HR) to align production needs with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with top management to provide updates on production performance, potential risks, and key improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any on-site inquiries, including third-party audits or inspections.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production volumes, inventory, workforce productivity, quality metrics, and financial performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support business insights and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain operational manuals, workflows, and process documentation for the site.
- Risk Assessment - Identification of potential risks related to safety, environment, or operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering.,
- Business Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Previous experience working in an international organization, multicultural context would be a plus
- Total experience 15+ years and Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in industrial and production leadership role. Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-volume assembly operations, ideally familiar with radio and electronic testing tools.
- Familiar with continuous improvement methods, KPIs and dashboards, financial reports
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams of both permanent and contract workers.
