- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a closely related agricultural field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of practical experience as an agronomist, with a strong understanding of crop physiology and soil science.
- Proficiency in interpreting agricultural data from various sources (e.g., GIS, remote sensing, soil labs).
- Experience with farm management software and precision agriculture technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently and foster trust with remote clients.
