AI School for Farmers is an innovative initiative to empower farmers through AI/ML-driven solutions in soybean and other crops. In Phase 1, we aim to train 20,000 farmers in collaboration with leading AI technology providers and execution partners.
Job profile:
- Lead and manage farmer training programs in assigned regions.
- Coordinate with AI Tech Partners and execution partners.
- Manage and mentor volunteer teams.
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure smooth implementation and farmer engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Education: MBA in Agriculture/Agriculture Business Management
- Experience: 2–3 years in project management (preferably agriculture, rural development, or technology adoption).
Skills:
- Leadership & team management
- Budget & financial tracking
- Communication in Marathi, Hindi & English
- Familiarity with Agri-tech or AI tools (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office & digital tools

We are looking for a MALE CANDIDATE who is a Diploma/ BSc. in Horticulture or has relevant experience in growing fruits and vegatables. Candidate will have to stay on the farm and manage 5000 sqmtrs net house doing hydroponic cultivation of vegetables in coir grow bags. The crops in the net house include cucumbers, tomato and other exotic vegetables. Candidate having experience in polyhouse cultivation will be preferred. Open field crops include amla, pomegranate, sapota and sathkudi. Seasonal vegetables too will be cultivated. He will have to plan the farm calendar and implement the same. Candidate will be responsible to plan the farm activities, record keeping, managing the labour and other liasoning work with outside bodies like government, vendors, buyers, direct customers etc. We are looking for someone who is willing to make a long term commitment to grow the company and his own career.
