Key Responsibilities:

Product Development

Costing & Cost Closures

• Own the product costing process from prototype to final production.

Vendor Management & Sourcing

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance on cost competitiveness, quality, and delivery.
• Work with sourcing teams to optimize supply chain and reduce lead times.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with planning, marketing, production, and sourcing to ensure smooth product execution.
• Contribute to visual merchandising, campaign themes, and product launches as needed.

Qualifications:

• 6–7 years of experience in fashion buying with hands-on product development and costing experience .
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Merchandising or related field from NIFT/ Pearl or equivalent .
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, sourcing, and vendor negotiations.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer  specializing in men’s denim  with strong expertise in embroidery design and merchandising . Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and design men’s denim collections  with a focus on embroidery and stitch innovation.
