Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing Generate accurate GST invoices at the time of each sale (in-store & online)
Ensure that every sale is properly recorded with payment method
Maintain daily billing data and sales summaries
Store Inventory Management Handle stock inward and outward entries in the system
Assign SKUs and generate barcodes for each new product
Print and apply barcode labels to products
Physically organize and tag inventory in the store
Conduct regular stock audits to ensure zero mismatch
Report on slow-moving or dead stock and suggest clearance actions
Track inventory by size, colour, and set
