Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret analysis results, identify critical stress areas, and provide design recommendations to optimize structural performance and minimize weight.
- Perform stress, strain, vibration, buckling, and fatigue life assessments according to aerospace standards (e.g., FAR Part 25, MIL-STD).

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in stress analysis, with a significant focus on the aerospace sector.
- Proficiency in commercial FEA software (e.g., ANSYS Mechanical, NASTRAN, ABAQUS).
- Strong understanding of mechanics of materials, elasticity, plasticity, fracture mechanics, and fatigue.
- Knowledge of aerospace materials (e.g., aluminum alloys, titanium, composites) and their behavior.
- Familiarity with aerospace design principles and certification requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, APDL) for automation is a plus.
