About the Role:
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and highly adaptable Operations Manager to oversee and execute on-ground project deployments across the North India belt. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, and able to manage the operational aspects of project execution from site setup to successful delivery. This role requires extensive travel and direct interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Project Setup & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects across assigned regions.
● Site Management: Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
● Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
● Team & Vendor Management: Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
● Quality & Compliance: Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.
