Purpose of Job :-  To implement marketing strategies effectively and maximise the organization s reach in terms of providing quality care treatment to more and more number of patients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To have primary responsibility of planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating an organization's marketing strategies
  2. To maintain confidentiality of data in any situation
  3. To meet the doctors and do regular fieldwork to understand & develop sound marketing plan (visiting 10-12 doctors per day)
  4. To execute the tasks related to Medical Campaigns, CME, Conferences, Events, etc.
  5. To create a doctor list speciality wise capturing all the required details
  6. To report daily doctor calls or other assigned tasks
  7. To create monthly call planner and tour plan
  8. To submit Monthly detailed report of the activity
  9. To plan various activities as per the Marketing Strategic plans
  10. To explore newer geographical area
  11. To implement marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals
  12. To be ready to do field work within the city as well as ex-station & out station
  13. To study and acquire knowledge about the services provided by the organisation
  14. To be ready to work in any department whenever require
