About the Role
Field Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Location Base: Chennai (On-site)
Territory Coverage: Assigned city zone (Chennai)
Department: Direct Sales – Booking Genie
Reports To: Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Visit 10–12 salons per day within assigned zone
- Pitch and demo Booking Genie to salon owners (in person)
- Educate salons on app benefits: appointment booking, client recordkeeping, payment collection
- Help salons activate their trial and guide them through app usage
- Follow up leads and convert trials to paid subscriptions
- Maintain daily lead report and CRM hygiene
- Share field insights, objections, and competitor activity with the team
Daily Routine
- 09:30 AM – Team call or in-person huddle
- 10:30 AM – Begin field visits (mapped via route sheet)
- 2:00 PM – Midday check-in + report early demos
- 6:00 PM – Wrap-up call and CRM update
- Weekly review every Monday with Manager
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Minimum 80–100 salon visits per week
- At least 8 demos per day
- 6 trials activated per day
