Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Sales Officer with proven experience in the compostable poly bag and films industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding market reach across retail, hospitality, e-commerce, industrial, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert leads in targeted sectors (Retail, Hospitality, E-commerce, MSMEs, Government bodies).
* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct clients.
