Your new role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, your leadership is at the heart of our operations, you will lead and support a highly skilled technical overhead workgroup engaged in network maintenance and emergency response activities.
- Strategic thinking to build & develop collaborative teams
- Management of competing priorities
- Attend to and resolve or coordinate the resolution of customer complaints
- Undertake relevant audits and inspections, and check and/or complete compliance-based documentation
- Planning packages of live work tasks
- Validating defects in field and providing recommended rectifications
- Monitoring site safety of internal and contract crews
- Updating and/or providing accurate data to update ERP systems such as SAP, GIS etc
- Performance management

- Sound knowledge of trade-based practices preferably in the electricity distribution industry
- Class C Drivers Licence.
- Electrical Safety Rules accreditation
- Sound knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations and procedures such as safe working practices, network standards and codes of practice
