The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Finance Associate to independently handle bookkeeping, MIS reporting, invoicing, payments, accounts, financial maker-checker systems, and compliance at Lumov. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, hungry to learn and takes complete ownership of accounting operations. Prior experience with Zoho Books, GST/TDS filings, and managing cash flow is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Bookkeeping & Accounting Operations:
- Maintain accurate daily books of accounts using Zoho Books (do migration to Zoho Books as well)
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journals across self accounts and distributors
- Track payables and receivables, invoices, delivery challans (own, vendors, distributors, etc.) and ensure all ledgers are up to date
B. Payments & Compliance
