Our client is a global banking firm which provides industry-focused services for clients across geographies. We are currently looking for a seasoned finance leader to manage the capital requirements of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division in Bangalore.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, analyzing, and finalizing monthly CIB RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) and leverage reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Identifying gaps in capital processes and driving corrective actions to enhance data quality and integrity.
- Designing and maintaining high-quality MIS reports for RWA and leverage on a monthly and daily basis.
- Engaging with Risk, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to track, remediate, and log RWA issues.
- Providing subject matter expertise on PRA regulatory guidelines and Basel 3.0 / 3.1 capital requirements for CIB products.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 15+ years of experience in Business Finance and Risk Management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of CIB products across Trade, Markets, and Banking, along with Credit Risk RWA calculations.
- Proven expertise in UK regulatory (PRA) guidelines and Basel capital frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across senior business and risk partners.
