**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Finance Systems Analyst, you will provide support and technical assistance to users for issues related to a variety of software applications while meeting defined service level expectations.
This job is part of the Financial Systems job function. They are responsible for ensuring accounting systems operate effectively.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Respond to requests for assistance with a variety of accounting software packages.
+ Document issues, resolutions or other actions using the incident management system.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
+ Generate custom reports based on internal and external client business requirements.
+ Review customer requests to identify and escalate as needed a potential system, security, and/or compliance violations of internal and external controls, CAPP, and internal team control requirements.
+ Actively participate in projects, to increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
+ Identify process and system improvements and recommend solutions that will increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction by using established processes to initiate a new work effort.
+ Execute authorized electronic payments including wire transfers, ACH, and tax payments.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

+ Partner with global revenue recognition team to design and validate revenue policies and automation logic
+ Support parallel runs, accuracy checks, and launch readiness for revenue cutover
Data Transformation & Integration
+ Transform complex transactional usage data into standardized formats
+ Define and implement data mapping logic to align operational data with revenue system
+ Be responsible for data migration strategies ensuring integrity across financial close cycles
+ Design validation processes to ensure financial accuracy and audit traceability
Technical Validation & Reconciliation
+ Design and implement sophisticated test cases across billing and revenue scenarios
+ Be responsible for data reconciliation efforts to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records
+ Maintain traceability between Zuora revenue subledger and the ERP (NetSuite)
Organizational Improvement & Support
+ Develop, facilitate and lead user training for the global controllership teams
+ Guide controllership collaborators through systems transitions and upgrades
+ Champion controllership team adoption through proactive enablement strategies
System Governance & Compliance (Post implementation)
+ Coordinate Zuora revenue controls including user access, segregation of duties, and compliance monitoring
+ Ensure systems support internal control, SOX, and regulatory requirements
+ Liaise with technology and controllership to handle long-term system improvements
+ Prepare audit materials and respond to internal and external audit requests
**What We're Looking For :**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, or related field or relevant experience
+ 5+ years of experience implementing Zuora revenue or similar revenue systems, ideally within a controllership environment
+ Sophisticated certifications in revenue management systems preferred
+ CPA or equivalent professional certification a plus
+ Shown ability implementing Zuora revenue or similar revenue systems, ideally within a controllership environment
+ In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue accounting processes
+ Solid grasp of ERP systems and data flows within finance organizations

The Finance System / FP&A Analyst will have the responsibility to create and maintain various reports for the Group Finance Reporting system covering Consolidation / Planning processes, including requested analysis. Deep FP&A analysis of various entities/business group on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial systems, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Management (Initial Phase: 18 to 24 months will be focused on Systems management as Cotecna is implementing New Finance reporting software in 2025):

Design, create, and update reports in the Corporate Finance Reporting system (CCH Tagetik) upon requests from Corporate Finance stakeholders.

Ensure consistency in all reports following requests for changes.

Create standard reporting templates to ensure consistent usage across the organization.

Support report developments stemming from the network or various stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Conduct detailed financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Develop and maintain financial models to project future financial performance and assess the impact of various business scenarios.

Collaborate with business groups/region to understand their financial needs and provide support in financial planning and analysis.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead or participate in finance-related projects, including CCH Tagetik implementation and other system enhancements.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with internal policies (CFAM) and external regulations.

Support audits and other compliance-related activities.

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

Chartered Accountant/DISA/CISA

3 to 5 years of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience

Experience in data analytics and CCH Tagetik reporting

Experience of implementation of one ERP and/or accounting software,

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macro level) and MS Office Suite (Word, PPT)

IFRS knowledge is a plus

Minimum 3 years working experience, in international MNC or global environments

• Mass Reversal is to be supervised during month end and to be performed manually if the auto job fails.
• Supervising of Automated Jobs relating to Month-end - Capex Settlement, Depreciation, PO Settlement, Discount rate check, Profit in Stock,
• Clearing of Jobs in SAP
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• GL Clearing is to be performed during month end
• Top 3-5 Accountabilities
• Handling Queries, Resolving the tickets as per TAT
• Liaison with collaborators and with other financial colleagues to solve specific issues.
