What you’ll do at Digitide:
Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation of the organization's financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS,IFRS).
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Prepare and analyze management reports.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including those related to securities laws, tax laws, and corporate governance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve data quality.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise financial information.
- Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
