Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust blockchain solutions.
  • Write, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts using languages like Solidity.
  • Architect scalable and secure decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical specifications.
  • Mentor and guide junior blockchain developers.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology and cryptography.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of blockchain networks and smart contracts.
  • Contribute to the development of consensus mechanisms and protocol upgrades.
  • Optimize blockchain network performance and transaction throughput.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices for software development.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in blockchain development, with a strong focus on smart contracts.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Rust.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, distributed ledger technology, and consensus algorithms.
  • Experience with EVM-compatible blockchains (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, etc.).
  • Proven ability to design and implement secure and scalable dApps.
  • Experience with or knowledge of different blockchain protocols and their use cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the FinTech industry or with decentralized finance protocols is highly desirable.
