The role is responsible for handling unit finance operations of multiple third party owned manufacturing units with bottling and distillation operations for Diageo India and includes activities around fund management, vendor management, month-end closures/ reporting, supporting in audits, tracking cost sheets, and ensuring SOX compliance:

+ Responsible for monitoring operation wastages and cost sheet components and driving efficiencies and optimizing costs.
+ Participate in TB / Balance Sheet review process anchored by FC Tower and drive all actions due from Plant Finance BPs as per agreed timelines.
+ Ensure necessary entries for amortization, label registrations, license fees and market bottle incentives are made on the system.
+ Ensure release of daily PO claims.
+ Lead governance over Capex processes and manage review of projects.
+ Coordinate MIS reports on manufacturing, inventory, SLOB, monthly PV & pending C&F forms and report to the HO periodically.
+ Support in statutory audits, tax audits and internal audit and implementation.
+ Support in preparation of the unit budget.
+ Anchor the financial control environment in units and assist in Sox / IFC audits.

One of the groups within In-Business Credit & Franchise Risk Organization is Enterprise Risk and Balance Sheet Management. This group is responsible for executing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs including Risk Identification, Risk Appetite & Limits, New Activities/Product Risk, ERM Risk Monitoring and framework execution. Additionally, this group is pivotal for In-Business Balance Sheet Management, focusing on USPB Capital Resource Management, Recovery & Resolution planning, and Tangible Common Equity (TCE) analytics.
This role is part of the In -Business Balance Sheet Management Team. This individual will be working on key analysis and driving key initiatives contributing to the successful management of capital constraints.
**Responsibilities**
The candidate will be a key resource to perform or support the following responsibilities:
+ Lead analytics to manage Risk Appetite for Retail Credit and USPB business connecting to Capital & Strategic Plan.
+ Perform stress loss forecasting in alignment with CCAR/CECL framework, evaluate drivers to stress losses support recommendations for Risk Appetite limits to the Business CRO and CEO for approval.
+ Liaise with finance and business partners to evaluate forecasts as part of Outlook / Annual Plan, CCAR and implications to USPB capital-based stress losses, Risk Weighted Assets and other relevant balance sheet components.

One of the groups within In-Business Credit & Franchise Risk Organization is Enterprise Risk and Balance Sheet Management. This group is responsible for executing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs including Risk Identification, Risk Appetite & Limits, New Activities/Product Risk, ERM Risk Monitoring and framework execution. Additionally, this group is pivotal for In-Business Balance Sheet Management, focusing on USPB Capital Resource Management, Recovery & Resolution planning, and Tangible Common Equity (TCE) analytics.
This role is part of the In - Business Financial Risk & Balance Sheet Management Team. This individual will be working on key analysis and driving key initiatives contributing to the successful management of capital constraints.
**Responsibilities**
The candidate will be a key resource to perform or support the following responsibilities:
+ Lead analytics to manage USPB Capital (RWA, SCB, GSIB) within Risk Appetite connecting to Capital & Strategic Plan.
+ Perform In-Business Stress Loss, Std RWA (Risk Weighted Asset), ARWA (Credit & Ops) and capital (TCE: Tangible Common Equity) forecasting based on CCAR and other internal stress testing scenarios consistent with firm's risk appetite framework and strategic plans.
+ Perform monitoring and detailed analysis of Spot RWA (Std, Adv Credit & Ops) metrics and trends. This includes conducting weekly driver analysis to identify key contributing factors, anomalies, and potential impacts on capital adequacy, ensuring strict adherence to established risk limits and regulatory requirements.
+ Conduct in-depth analytical assessment of balance sheet components (assets, liabilities, and equity) to identify trends, understand key drivers, and analyze interdependencies impacting capital and risk.
+ Support the team in ongoing initiatives aimed at optimizing capital utilization, enhancing balance sheet efficiency, and improving risk management practices.
+ Build presentations with supportive analysis, storyboard results for senior management & executive management team.
**Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of work experience in financial services or management consulting with heavy focus on financial risk management
+ Working knowledge of Credit Cards and other consumer bank products P&Ls, key risk & return dynamics and loss drivers.
+ Good understanding of Capital and Balance Sheet Management, CCAR & CECL framework, Basel III Endgame
+ Hands on experience in retail credit risk analytics using analytical or data management tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Pearl, FRM, VBA, Advanced Excel) and power-point presentation skills.
+ Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, ability to derive trends, insights, and perform risk/reward trade-off analysis

1. Responsible for executing client engagements in the area of Transaction services i.e. Buy side / sell side due diligence or Carve-outs assignments.
2. Deliver work of the highest quality within time budgets.
3. Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate, on a timely basis.
4. Develop a reputation as a Subject Matter Expert withing the Financial Due Diligence domain
5. Strong technical knowhow on financial statements analysis, KPIs, building databook (Analysis Pack), preparation/consolidation of financial statements, trial balance mapping, reconciliation of management and audited accounts. Various other analysis: price-volume, churn-rate, top customers, ageing, headcount and trending analysis.
6. Framing management questions and writing diligence reports (including business overviews, historical sections, Quality of earnings adjustment section etc.)
7. Independent handling of large assignments and maintain a strong user connects
8. Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations
9.Proficient in data analysis & validation
10.Proficient in excel and large volumes of data
Professional Experience / Qualifications : Chartered Accountancy degree, MBA Finance/ M.com, ACCA or CPA with 2-7 years of experience into Financial Due Diligence.
