Our client is searching for a strategic and analytical Head of Real Estate Investment Analysis to lead their investment strategy in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for identifying, evaluating, and recommending prime real estate investment opportunities worldwide. As a remote-first company, we provide the infrastructure and support for you to excel from anywhere. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment for potential property acquisitions and developments. This includes analyzing market trends, property valuations, cash flow projections, and return on investment metrics. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, and capital markets. You will develop and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry stakeholders to source deal flow. Key responsibilities involve preparing investment committee memos, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management, and managing a portfolio of existing investments. Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of real estate law and transaction structures are essential. This position requires a leader with exceptional analytical prowess, strategic foresight, and the ability to work autonomously. You will drive the investment decision-making process and contribute significantly to the company's growth.
