**How will you make an impact in this role?**

The Finance Automation COE team is responsible for identifying and delivering results on highly critical projects and initiatives leveraging process automation and the use of advanced technologies.
We are looking for someone who is collaborative and passionate about transforming processes using new and emerging technologies and the drive to solve difficult business issues.
This position is responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team of India-based automation specialists accountable for delivering against a pipeline of process improvements that have been identified from the Finance Organization. Responsibilities include leading the assessment of opportunities, aligning with Process Owners and driving results using existing and new capabilities, while ensuring that all compliance, audit and legal requirements are adhered to. This position is also responsible for developing a collaborative and effective business relationship with various business and technical partners and will be tasked with working with partners across all Finance functions to support the implementation of the organization's automation goals. A strong focus on process optimization Finance Domain knowledge and driving results is required.
**Key Accountabilities:**
+ Enhance the process for identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing new process opportunities, and assessing automation feasibility
+ Management of Finance automation roadmap, driving accountability across stakeholders in Technology and Finance functions (Controllership, Business CFO, Corporate Planning, Tax and Treasury), from ideation through implementation
+ Educating stakeholders across Finance on automation capabilities and future opportunities
+ Collaborate and discuss strategy with Enterprise Process Automation groups for standardization and applicability of solutions
+ Implementing Process Automation communication plan to ensure all requestors/stakeholders are updated on status
+ Responsible for maintaining automation solution documentation including all associated system controls
+ Problem solving issues that arise during development, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve, and providing timely responses and solutions as required
+ Envision and define the evolving future state of Finance process automation products and services, focusing on deployments that deliver strong business value in the shortest amount of time
+ Optimize delivery by leveraging the existing suite of tools available including learning from prior deployments
+ Driving both quantitative and qualitative benefit by eliminating repetitive manual processes and repurpose skilled resources across the Finance organization
+ Partner with the Technologies organization on enhancements to various enterprise capabilities, Oracle EBS (GL, SL. HFR. HFM. DRM), eDocumentum, Enterprise Balance & Control Application, IRIS Reconciliations, various others.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Proven experience leading a local team with global responsibilities
+ Strong working knowledge of automation capabilities and techniques, including OCR, RPA, NLP, NLG, Machine Learning and Workflow based logic
+ 5 years of substantial business process improvement experience
+ Proven ability to influence without authority working with difficult stakeholders
+ Proven ability to work independently with ambiguity driving technical implementations
+ Demonstrated strategic thought leadership; ability to assess business objectives/strategies and define/implement appropriate strategies
+ Innovative mindset with a track record in the successful delivery and support of improving existing processes with the use of technology

    **Responsibilities**:

    - Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of critical business systems including NetSuite/Intacct, Coupa and other financial systems. Triaging and resolving production support issues and implementing small enhancement requests.
    - Responsible for owning system configuration - configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, scripts, and dashboards.
    - Resolve incoming business incidents and requests in a timely manner, including escalation when necessary.
    - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team members.
    - Coordinate and monitor all administrative functions for our back-office systems, including the monitoring and coordinating of functional administrators.
    - Provide status updates and progress reports on projects and support tasks.
    - Support IT compliance requirements, such as SOX, information security, GDPR and others.
    - Work with business and project teams to identify root causes of production issues and develop solutions.
    - Research system issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions.
    - Assist back-office departments with data analysis and reporting needs.
    - Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock teams and keep delivery on track.
    - Look ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work to address them.

    **Requirements**:

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 3+ years’ experience with systems in the back-office (e.g., NetSuite, Concur, Workday)
    - At Least 3 years ERP/Finance production support experience with NetSuite
    - Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    - Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
    - Strong verbal and writing communication skills.

    Education And Experience
    - Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience preferred, not required
    - Coupa experience a plus

    Staff, Financial Solutions Technology –This role will assistwith designing scalable, modern, and efficient solutions for various financials applications and integrations that are part of the Enterprise Technology Finance Planning & Deal Management Solutionsteam’s portfolio. This role will oversee, manage,and provide guidance to other team members and business users. 

    Your Role Accountabilities:

    OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Assist project team, key stakeholders, and management to prioritize business requirements and develop and maintain detailed project plans using standard tools.

  • Help determine resource roles needed and work with management to secure project team members.

  • Effectively assist in leading by influence and work in a matrix/cross functional environment.

  • Assist in establishing and coordinating the project plan for migration of the project into production.

  • Assist with developing and defining new and improved workflow and initiatives.

  • Help provide training and training materials for new processes.

  • Work with key stakeholders to define and document communication plan.

  • Assist management with special assignments, such as evaluating vendors, gathering/evaluating consultant proposals, or other responsibilities as required and requested.

  • STRATEGY

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to better align business processes.

  • Assist in developing and executing a methodology to evaluate, prioritize and monitor the success of the business processes.

  • Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them.

  • Define data and document archiving strategies for various retiring/retired applications/systems.

  • Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations for senior executives.

  • Ability to build a framework and drive development through dynamic business intelligence tools and dashboards for use in ongoing business planning and goal measurement through KPIs.

  • ANALYTICS 

  • Develop comprehensive performance analysis of business processes and review ways of improvement.

  • Actively participate in stakeholder meetings with the goal of understanding all major projects and initiatives planned

  • Qualifications & Experiences:

  • 7-8 years of prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development)

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Application Architect, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect in the ERP Finance, Supply Chain Management and financial solutions (packaged software, custom solutions, SaaS applications) area.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Electronics, Management, or a related technical field

  • Knowledge of (at least one) enterprise architecture framework (such as Zachman, TOGAF, FEAF, or Gartner EA), patterns, and best practices for driving business transformation is preferable.

  • Experience developing architecture diagrams, data models using Visio, Lucid Charts

  • Working knowledge of one or more financial systems (ERP- SAP/S4, Oracle ERP Cloud, PeopleSoft Financials, and Workday Financials), Ariba, and eInvoicing platforms

  • Knowledge and working experience with various data and document archiving solutions and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Informatica, Data Lake.

  • Experience working with SaaS, PaaS, Custom and 3rd Party applications.

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Superb relationship building skills.

  • Work collaboratively w/small teams.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.

  • Not Required but preferred experience:

  • 2+ years of post-MBA experience in a related field (entertainment or entertainment).

  • Experience working in a global company.

  • Experience working with distributed team in multiple geographical locations.

  • Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI).

  • Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment.

  • Experience with Concur, ServiceNow, Beeline, APEX, MDM, and Kyriba application.
