Job Description:

We are looking for a Quantitative Trader with experience or a strong interest in trading, market microstructure, and quantitative methods. This role will offer hands-on experience with trading strategies, data analysis, and statistical modeling applied to digital asset markets.


Quantitative Traders will work closely with other researchers, engineers, and product managers and report directly to the Head of Research. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in the fast-paced world of fintech and cryptocurrency trading.


Responsibilities:

Conduct research on cryptocurrency markets, including price modeling, volatility analysis, and market microstructure.

Develop and backtest algorithmic trading strategies using quantitative methods.

Analyze large datasets across multiple exchanges to uncover patterns and identify trading opportunities.

Create research reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineers to integrate research into production trading systems.

Support the development of risk management and portfolio optimization models.

Qualifications (not mandatory):

Programming experience in Python, R, MATLAB, or related tools.

Overview

    JOB DESCRIPTION- ANALYST- RESEARCH & INSIGHTS


    SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to support the team with secondary research and data collection activities. This is an entry-level role and is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of research methodologies, keen analytical skills, and a passion for data accuracy. You will play a critical role in gathering and synthesizing information from publicly available sources to support various customer, market, and industry research initiative


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct online research using credible sources including industry reports, academic publications, government databases, company websites, and news articles.

    • Collect, validate, and organize data into usable formats (Excel, PPT, reports) to support strategic insight needs.

    • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

    • Support internal teams with insights and timely research deliverables.

    • Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in research outputs.


    DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

    • Master’s degree in business, economics, or related field.

    • 1–2 years of experience in secondary research, data collection or analysis driven roles.

    • Strong internet research skills with the ability to critically evaluate sources for credibility and relevance.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to interpret data from multiple sources into broad findings.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Prior research agency experience is a bonus
