**What You'll Do**
+ Require Account Analyst for Payroll Accounting & Reconciliation to transition the payroll activities from EMEA markets
+ Handling Global Payroll Reconciliation processes for Amex GBT
+ Validate Pay report to ensure that the correct information is being passed for the payroll processing
+ Reconciliation and data analysis for bank reconciliation, general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliation

Responsibilities
What you will do:
- The Financial Systems Analyst will be responsible for design, development, testing, maintenance, data validations, documentation and support of the enterprise data using financial software (SAP, Prophix, Excel, Other Financial Planning tools)
- Work closely with Finance IT development to design and implement data loading into our various financial systems
- Design and implement models, including the construction of Facts and Dimensions with hierarchies, attributes, and measures
- Work with the larger team to support Finance organization on monthly close process and daily activities and as needed on ad-hoc projects. Specific examples of this include supporting the Finance Reporting team in the management of Prophix forecasting templates, financial reports and the FX Conversions process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business or Finance with a strong systems background or Information Systems or Computer Science Information Degree with a strong financial systems background
- Ideal education would be IT degree with an Accounting/Finance emphasis OR Accounting/Finance degree with IT minor or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years' experience with reporting and planning tools, database development and experience with PL SQL, ETL tools or a similar platform preferred
- 1-2 years' experience with financial operations including Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, or Operations preferred (can overlap with Technical experience above)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Offshore Sr Analyst – OTCF is responsible for ensuring the interfaces into and out of our Oracle OTCF applications are complete and accurate by validating interfaces per the documented Financial Systems C&A schedule. The Oracle OTCF applications are:

The successful candidate will be action-oriented with a blend of both technical and operational accounting experience related to OTCF systems and will seek to build strong relationships with and deliver superior service to all key stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Financial Systems, Enterprise Applications, and OTCF accounting teams:
- Perform routine tie out validations of all interfaces between these three systems for interfaces into and out of these applications following the documented C&A process; Investigate and document any interfaces with missing Completeness & Accuracy processes – expect many as this is a new process for 2025.
- Develop an end-to-end understanding of OTCF interfaces, system dependencies, risks and controls – including data sources impacting revenue accounting accuracy. Investigate and document any interfaces with missing Completeness & Accuracy processes.
- Perform admin functions in the OTCF modules. Including, but not limited to: Set up countries, Franchisee, Territories or units in billing and Estimate Journal setup; Set up new transaction types in Bill Management; Set up new Program Codes in Payment Services; set up new transaction types and receipt methods; Admin duties for RMCS…
- Opening and managing tickets with Enterprise Applications, when needed.
- Understand design of controls supporting revenue data flows and how assurance on control effectiveness is obtained
- Act as a liaison between OTCF accounting teams, Financial Systems, and Enterprise Applications to support technology effectiveness and ensure all support and enhancement tickets are properly prioritized and tracked thru completion
- Create/maintain interface documentation and job aides related to OTCF systems
- Provide support to the OTCF HSC team
- Assist with UAT testing system changes and quarterly Oracle quarterly testing
- Order to Cash (Franchise), Custom application, sales report.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, accounting or a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, IT or a similar field
- Demonstrated success working with large, complex data sets required for validating source/target systems matching – Excel, Excel Power Query, SQL, etc.
- Experience managing tasks and reporting status
- Oracle Bill Management, RMCS, AR, and Advanced Collections
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
- 5+ years of experience working with Excel, Excel Power Query, and SQL
- 5+ years working in Oracle Bill Management, RMCS, AR, and Advanced Collections
- Strong accounting acumen and customer service focus
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service, ability to positively influence others
- Strong knowledge of internal controls and able to determine and recommend new changes to controls.
