**Minimum Qualifications**
UG/PG degree or equivalent in Visual Communication / Graphics / Communication Design / New Media from a reputed design school, with expertise in any one of the following fields:
- **Graphic Design**
- **Communication Design**
**Role and Responsibility**:
You will join our teaching team as a full-time faculty. Based on your area of expertise you will teach - Graphic Design, UX UI Design.
- Your main responsibility will be to implement our well-structured curriculum and course delivery plan through teaching, mentoring, and assessments.
- Besides conducting the live sessions with students, this will also include: developing study material, planning class interactions & activities, developing assignments & project briefs, providing constructive feedback (written / verbal).
- You will also actively participate in course monitoring and enhancement activities to continually improve the quality of student learning and experience.
- You should proactively seek opportunities to stay abreast of new techniques and processes in the area of your expertise through industry projects, research, conferences, seminars, workshops, certifications, etc.
- You will be networking with the industry to facilitate student exposure, interactions, internships, and placements.
- You will be required to collaborate with the admission team, corporate communications team, and career services team to contribute to student enrollment, brand building, and student placements through information and interactions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues demonstrating a high level of team spirit, and contribute as an active member of a progressive community of practitioners.
Overall, we are looking for someone who is interested in still learning their craft and honing it above and beyond industry requirements and is excited to share their journey with peers and students.
