Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions tailored to client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength, rehab, etc.).
- Perform fitness assessments and design personalized workout & nutrition guidance.
- Ensure correct form, technique, and injury-free training for clients.
- Motivate members to achieve fitness milestones with consistency and discipline.
- Drive personal training sales & cross-selling of memberships where required.
- Maintain records of client progress and provide regular updates.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, equipment use, and training methodologies.
- Uphold a professional, approachable, and customer-first attitude on the gym floor.
Requirements:-
- Certification: ACE, NASM, ISSA, INFS, ACSM, or equivalent recognized certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition basics, and injury prevention.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
