Serving as a business partner and Subject Matter Expert within the GBS structure, the Invoice to Pay Analyst position is responsible for facilitating, coordinating financial accounting, reporting, and analytical activities with a focus on communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner. **This role is responsible for the Invoice to pay operations in Africa in the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) markets, also working with the GBS on the improvement activities.**

**What You Can Expect:**
● ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND T&E
○ Process PO and Non-PO invoices through the invoice digitization system and SAP Systems
○ Research, analyze, and resolve errors and vendor issues in a timely, accurate and professional manner according to invoice processing standards and compliance
○ Maintain professional and effective communication with internal and external customers in a timely and persistent manner using superior customer service skills.

○ Maintain Vendor Master Bank information and coordinate any necessary support with the Treasury or Strategic sourcing departments. Maintaining a close relationship with the Treasury department to coordinate new bank setups and confirmations, as well as any returned payments.
○ Perform payment runs twice a week: Generate Domestic (ACH transfers, wires, drafts, checks) and International (same but no checks) payments; perform related audits; deliver any required reporting; and troubleshoot/resolve exceptions in a timely and accurate manner.
● E. ANALYSIS/REPORTING
○ Perform quarterly account reconciliations. Ability to analyze and follow up with various BF locations around the globe to resolve outstanding issues.
○ Vendor aging report
○ General support on VAT and other tax reporting.
○ Support the monthly closing activities
**What You Bring to the Table:**
● Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills

This is a 6 months Fixed term contract

Internal title Assoc Creative Specialist

Main Purpose of role:

  • design of brand communications for ATL and BTL media across Hasbro brands
  • To support the APAC team on creating assets for e-Commerce promotions

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide the creative design team in aligning brand style guides to develop new communication visuals for ATL requirements:

  1. Manage the TVC video editing and localization process as per brand requirements
  2. Develop impactful campaign e-mailers and customer communications highlighting key aspects of the brand campaigns
  3. Collaborate with brand managers to create and maintain brand stores on Amazon and any other partner, and develop other ecommerce communications as per latest brand style guides and product launches
  4. Lead the social media marketing efforts - Develop engaging content to leverage key brand and associated occasions in collaboration with brand and communication managers
  5. Spearhead new content development projects - provide strategic inputs during the briefing process and oversee production coordination

Oversee the artwork development for all brand BTL activities:

  1. Ensure consistent brand representation across point of sale material, posters, in-store branding and other communication based on brand merchandising guides and key visuals
  2. Conceptualize store/mall activation and other event branding assistance
  3. Liaise with and guide agencies to ensure Hasbro brands are visually represented correctly in the market
  4. Manage the design of product catalogues for the sales team

Maintain and streamline the brand asset repository:

  1. Download, organize, and maintain the latest brand merchandising guides and assets
  2. Establish a comprehensive repository of all brand TVC and digital assets relevant to current products, and share customized versions as per customer requirements

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quick turnaround of any other immediate requirements for graphics/artwork/video editing


Develop e-Commerce assets for promotions during sale events or BAU for the APAC markets


Skills/ Knowledge/

Experience/ Qualification requirements

  • Graduate in Graphic design with 4-5 years of experience
  • Ability to develop and work with brand guidelines in creative ways
  • High speed execution of Photoshop, Illustrator, Key Note, Corel Draw, Adobe Premiere Pro for video and image editing
  • Understand various graphic styles, printing techniques on varied media and suggest innovative solutions
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Willingness to stretch him/ herself to achieve high standards of design
  • Preferred Industries: Media & Advertising, Product Design, Retail, Digital
  • Preferred branding experience (brand & retail experience)

The Sr. Accommodation Consultant (SAC) serves as a liaison between business lines, the Disability Leave Services (DLS) team, outsourced vendor partners and employees. The SAC provides individual case management for sensitive accommodation/ workplace adjustments and disability life events. The individual manages all aspect of workplace adjustments including the development and implementation of regional processes and procedures to achieve optimal employee productivity and experience.
The SAC is experienced in answering questions related to accommodations, understanding the employee's situation, responding to changing circumstances and needs, and paving the way for a connected and trusted case management experience. The individual in this role must possess self-management skills, a desire to share knowledge and an ability to translate business needs and goals into human resource capabilities, producing favorable results for the company and employees. The individual will be a subject matter expert for accommodation related matters. This individual has proven ability to communicate, analyze and critically think, along with a customer service focus that employees and program stakeholders expect from Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Pursue return-to-work management and collaboration with leave case managers and disability vendors to ensure effective administration of the program
Provide consultation and coaching regarding accommodation matters to designated regional HR partners, managers and employees
Provide information, referral, and support to employees with medical conditions or disabilities (both occupational and non-occupational), supervisors, Human Resources, and other partners at an escalated level to support Amazon's employee retention efforts
Operate as an advocate for the accommodations process by providing on-going consultative support to site stakeholders and accommodation specialists with a focus on problem solving and creative solutions
Facilitate escalated communication between stakeholders, employees with disabilities
Coordinate with DLS Management and Legal on escalated issues as appropriate
Manage sensitive cases such as Behavioral Health conditions
Assist Human Resources and department supervisors in identifying essential and marginal functions of employee positions
Conduct job site analyses as needed
Assist employees in understanding their restrictions and limitations and their legal rights and responsibilities
Maintain strict confidentiality in verbal and written communications
Maintain knowledge on legislation and national, state and local issues affecting access for employees with disabilities
Document and maintain up-to-date case records and notes of appropriate and accurate information on the computer database
Assess business unit's training needs and/or group training sessions as appropriate
Provide professional opinion and actions taken on behalf of disabled employees in formal grievances, arbitration, depositions, and other forums as requested
Adhere to internal SLAs and quality standards
Maintains a caseload of up to 80 cases on average. Caseload may fluctuate during periods of high volume such as peak, prime day and new site launches
Ability to travel as appropriate (up to 50% of the time)
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
- Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
