    At Third Bridge, our Compliance framework is an integral part of our business and we are looking to hire a Compliance Associate dedicated to Third Bridge’s Content department to join our Compliance team in Mumbai. 

    Third Bridge content involves an array of interview formats with industry experts and transcripts of those interactions are made available to our clients through our portal. This is a fast-paced role with a focus on problem solving, attention to detail, stakeholder engagement and results to ensure that content is compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as with our internal policies. 

    Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and approving the proposed subject matters of interviews and experts

  • Reviewing and approving interview transcripts, specifically to identify confidential information and any potentially inappropriate content

    This role will be responsible for the daily support and maintenance of Workday and will support implementation of new HR systems and interfaces. The role will assist subject matter experts and work closely with the HR team, IS Team, vendors, and contract resources to deliver enhancements to the Workday platform, ensure data integrity, test system changes, create reports, and provide analysis for HR related process improvement opportunities.

    • Deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics for HR through the Workday reporting tool

    • Update and modify Workday security assignments to ensure solid security structure
