Why We’re Hiring
We are moving towards an assembly-line production model in both our metal and wood factories . To achieve this, we are looking for skilled Factory Floor Managers who can lead operations, streamline processes, and drive efficiency.
Role Overview
We are hiring two Factory Floor Managers — one for Metal Works and one for Wood Works . Both positions require leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to transform traditional workshop-style operations into systematic, production-driven assembly lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage assembly-line production systems for efficiency and scale.
- Oversee daily fabrication, carpentry, polishing, and finishing activities (depending on factory).
- Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline goals .
- Supervise and manage teams (fabricators, carpenters, polishers, helpers).
- Coordinate with design and site teams for production requirements.
- Monitor safety, workflow, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in metal fabrication / welding / industrial production (for Metal Works) OR woodwork / carpentry / furniture / interiors (for Wood Works).
- Exposure to assembly-line or lean manufacturing practices is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with systematic problem-solving.
Compensation
- ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on skills and experience).
