- Managing distributors efficiently. Ensuring the distributors payments are collected as per the terms agreed with the distributors.
- Achieve the primary and secondary sales target of the assigned area.

Backed by reputed investors and recently funded, we are scaling across geographies, launching new categories, and building a robust ecosystem of tech, logistics, and operations. As we grow, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to architect our financial roadmap and bring strategic rigor to our finance function.
Role Overview:
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire finance function across verticals – including manufacturing, multi-brand cloud kitchens, e-commerce marketplaces, and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strategic financial leadership with operational execution and compliance across a fast-paced and complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Strategic Control
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and planning across all business lines.
- Partner with leadership to align financial strategy with business growth plans – including new kitchen launches, retail expansion, and capex for manufacturing.
- Design and own the long-term financial roadmap, unit economics, and cost optimization.
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, monthly closing, and reporting across functions.
- Own statutory compliance, audits, and tax-related matters (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
Manufacturing Finance
- Monitor and analyze cost of goods sold (COGS), raw material procurement, wastage, and yield.
- Collaborate with plant teams to improve cost efficiency and production planning.
- Track inventory, overhead allocation, and cost optimization at unit level.
Cloud Kitchens & Retail Expansion
- Build kitchen-wise P&L and location-level profitability tracking.
- Oversee budgeting and ROI analysis for kitchen expansion and new store rollout.
E-Commerce & Marketplace Finance
- Reconcile revenues and commissions across marketplaces (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, etc.).
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics to allocate spend and measure ROAS and contribution margins.
- Streamline invoicing, claims, and settlement processes.
Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Monitor working capital cycles – receivables, payables, and inventory across functions.
- Forecast cash flow needs and ensure adequate liquidity for operations and growth.
- Build strong treasury and banking relationships.
Team Leadership & Technology Integration
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Oversee ERP implementation and automation of finance processes
- Drive analytics-led decision-making via financial dashboards and MIS reports.
Who Should Apply:
- Qualification & Experience:
- CA Recently qualified or with 2–4 years of experience post-CA. May have worked in mid-sized companies, startups, or as Senior Controllers in smaller organizations.
- MBA (Finance)/CMA With 5–6 years of strong finance & accounts experience, especially in FMCG, manufacturing, or startups
- Strong command over accounting, taxation, compliance, and internal controls.
- Proven exposure to manufacturing unit economics and P&L ownership.
- Hands-on leader with strong execution capability, able to work in fast-paced, dynamic setups.
