Our client is a growing Food Manufacturing company based in Clayton South - looking for a 'hands on' energetic and highly motivated team leader to lead a small team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for running one of our key production lines. This includes production scheduling, identifying and reducing all forms of waste while meeting daily production targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Co-ordinate and lead line staff to meet production requirements
- Assist production order scheduling/sequencing
- Production Data capturing
- Line changeovers
- Ensuring daily orders are met and communication shorts
- Improve upon productivity levels of the section
- Training and developing staff
To be considered for this position you will need to:
- Demonstrate experience working and leading a team in a fast paced food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Be a strong communicator and team player
- Excellent data accuracy and speed
- Very good numerical and record keeping skills

Food Sales executive work to set up a distribution network, Primary and Secondary Sales, product placement and outlet mapping and coverage of the target sales area.
- Market visit, identifying and nominating the potential distributors, customers and retailers in the regions in Chennai and key areas Enroute from Krishnagiri and Chennai.
- Achieving the Sales targets and expansion of distribution networks
- Regular collection of sales realisation and reconciliation of outstanding with coordination with Plant accountant
- Responsible to organise logistics and timely distribution of products

- Approach retailers and generate direct supply relationships in identified parts of Chennai

**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**
- Timings: 9 AM to 7 PM, One day holiday during the week

**Required Education and Experience**
- 5+years’ experience in the Bakery, confectionery, and Savouries industry in the conducting sales.
- Diploma or equivalent in Sales and Marketing field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of food procurement, human resources and Food related laws and regulations, and employee relations skills
- Should be willing to travel in and around Tamil Nadu.
- Own a two wheeler and a driver's license
- Dealer network connections is desired
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Must be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize, and collaborate closely with multiple business units.

- Monitor and report on supplier performance
