Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the quality control team, ensuring proper resource allocation and professional development.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry.
