- Ensure satisfaction for customers by providing timely correct information as related to product enquiry, furnishing product dispatch details, product stock related query (demand vs. supply), payment outstanding, mode of payment, as well as remind customers on payment delay, if any
- Find new prospects through different sources (Indiamart, Zomato, References, Google Search, etc.), understand their business needs, call them and schedule appointment for product demonstration
- Label samples and final products
- Send Timesheet (Daily) and Weekly Sales Report (every Friday or Saturday) to supervisor, showing plan for coming week, progress from running week (i.e. key activities performed, time spent on each), etc.
- Coordinate with Distributors as & when required
- Handle inbound and outbound couriers
- Look after Proforma Invoice of all sales orders
- Finish all the tasks scheduled for the day before leaving
- Handle customer calls at odd hours (if any) to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
- Visit the Customers as and when required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
